Does this look familiar? Remember back in 2002 when the Case for Action was published to support  that St. Joan of Arc needed to do “something” to address her growing need for more room? Since this is 2010 and the original plan to have a youth recreation center and new church completed is not going to happen we want to continue to track the purpose, process and plan going forward on this webpage ….Continuing the Vision.
