Family Life Ministries
St. Joan of Arc’s Family Life Ministries provide many opportunities to promote spiritually healthy families, to get involved in our parish, and to meet many of the fantastic people within our faith community.
Holy Family Catholic Conference
The Holy Family Catholic Conference is a family Catholic conference held annually in May in Kokomo, IN with the aim to build the Domestic Church. The conference is sponsored by St. Joseph Hospital, Knights of Columbus, and the Diocese-of-Lafayette in Indiana, and hosted by St. Joan of Arc and St. Patrick Parishes. Some of the well-known and inspiring speakers that have previously participated in the conference include Dr. Janet Smith, Patty Schneier, Fr. Antoine Thomas, Tatiana, Radix, Deacon James Keating and Eric Genuis. In 2010 we will have our 4th Annual Holy Family Catholic Conference May 22-23, so be sure to mark your calendars! More information about next year’s conference will be available later this year. If you have not attended in the previous three years, we encourage you to come next May! You will not be disappointed. We have a great line-up of captivating speakers and many opportunities for all age groups – for young and old, small and big. With its aim being the growth of the Domestic Church, everyone is included and encouraged to attend – single, married, divorced, widowed, youth and children. We hope to see you there!
Please contact Jan Marrah at 765-865-6684 if you would like to volunteer to help with this great event.
