Have you ever asked yourself “How can I know what God wants me to do?” Do you know what your God given talents are? How can you learn to recognize the God given talents of others? Join us this September as we begin the journey in a new ministry, Living Your Strengths. We are introducing it as the topic of our Fall Family Initiative.
Fall Family Initiative – All are invited
Sessions begin on Wednesday, September 7 and continue weekly through October 19. There is a cost of $30 per person to purchase the book and the Journey Workbook. The K4J program is available for 4 yrs – 5th grade ($5 per child) and there is babysitting for children under 4 (free). Family Initiative is a program open to both St. Joan of Arc and St. Patrick parishes. The sessions are held at St. Joan of Arc. We begin with an optional pitch-in dinner at 5:45 pm in the cafeteria and class begins at 6:30 and continues until 8:00 pm.
Registration forms will be available at the end of July. Registration deadline is August 29.
Living Your Strengths Journey – A Journey toward Fulfillment
The Living Your Strengths Journey begins with the Clifton StrengthsFinder, an on-line questionnaire that reveals your top five signature talents. The Journey focuses on identifying and developing your talents, which are God’s gift to you. For six weeks, you and fellow parishioners will take an amazing journey in discovering your unique God-given talents, recognizing those same talents in others and learning how to apply this knowledge in your parish, personal and professional lives. We are very excited to begin this new ministry!
