This organization is a Vatican approved Lay Order for adults 18 years and older that dedicate themselves to follow Jesus Christ, revealed in the holy Scriptures and modeled by St. Francis. Membership encompasses a process including periods of inquiry, orientation, and candidacy resulting in a profession of faith and lifetime commitment to a Rule of Life. A local Fraternity, including members primarily from St. Joan of Arc and St. Patrick parishes, meets regularly on the 3rd Friday of each month. Locally, the Order provides financial and prayer support of the Poor Clares.
